GENTLEMEN:

First, a thought on March's spot and then some housekeeping matters.

At the successful Corner Bistro February meeting, the club discussed making East Village superstar Paul's the March location. We're never opposed to Paul's and any place that proclaims to be "DA BURGER JOINT" on the awning and serves burgers topped with bacon, cheese, fried onions AND ham is more than ok in our book.

However, we're hearing things about this new joint called Burger Shoppe, which got us thinking about the Android's point in the Corner Bistro meeting comments. There is a type of burger that has gone unrepresented so far in the club meeting spot picks and that is THE SLIDER. This place opened just a few weeks ago, is new to everyone so there will be no bias, and serves a new type of burger to the club. Also, there is a 3rd floor party area that can be reserved by parties of 6 or more so we can take it over. Plus if we're feeling ballsy we can order the 100-burger "PARTY MONSTER" and kick this club into a whole new level of debauchery.

Vote for your preferred March spot in the poll at right. The poll will close on the 16th and we'll go to the winner. Preliminary date is Monday, March 24. Complain that you can't make that date in the comments and we'll change it.
